Remote Computer Support
Some computer problems and faults can be corrected and addressed via Online Support. A technician can repair your system from our Hawthorn offices just as though they were at your workplace or in your living room.
With Online Support there is the advantage that your problem will be addressed immediately without needing to wait for a technician to reach your location.

Level 2 -1.5 x level 1 Outside normal business hours and weekends
